In the city of Fredericton, there are many people who are experiencing homelessness. Under the Tent is a team of volunteers helping those in need on the streets of Fredericton, NB each weekend with food, clothing, snacks, hot drinks, and many, many other necessities to survive. This ministry began with Bill McLaughlin borrowing our church coffee maker to bring a warm drink to people downtown, and has now grown into its own registered charity consistently offering support to individuals at multiple locations on specific days of the week. They operate on the premise of unconditional love, with the intent to encourage people to dare to dream again.
